Grandma will teach you a delicious Japanese home meal dishes by using Kochi’s seasonal ingredients. Recipes are very simple and approachable but it is just so good! You can enjoy cooking and dining in this class. (You don't necessary have to cook, if you don't prefer.) All ingredients are carefully selected. You could also explore about local sake in this class. As an option, certified international Japanese sake sommeliers will arrange sake pairings.
