Ecouges canyon is one of the most beautifyl canyon in Vercors moutain, near to Grenoble. It's a must-do in the region.
You will go down a river by abseiling (25 m waterfall for the highest), jumping and sliding. This canyon is really beautiful, wild and a good option to discover canyoning.
Even if you can come as a beginner, you need to be sportive, not afraid of heights and water, be able to swim and in healty condition.
