  • To avail of the Thai Resident Rate, kindly present any of the following documents at the ticketing counter upon arrival: Thai ID Card, Work Permit, Student Visa, Retirement Visa, Thai Driving Licence, or Thai Passport.
  • No outside food or drink allowed in the park.
  • No glass, cigarettes, and/or food are permitted in the water slide area.
  • Anyone under alcohol or drugs will not be permitted in the park.
  • It is not allowed for people who are ill /with contagious diseases/ with open wounds or sores.
  • Proper swim attire is required. Jean/denim shorts and shorts with rivets, buckles or zips are not permitted.
  • On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour, or a full refund.
