Know before you book

  • Kids under 8 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18 years and above) with an extra ticket (sold separately).
  • BEAT Active Grip Socks are compulsory for some activities for safety. Non-BEAT active socks are not allowed.
  • Grip socks are mandatory.
  • Expectant mother, heart condition or abnormal blood pressure, medical sensitivity and back & neck physical condition is his/her own responsibility for health safety.
  • Tickets and wristbands issued or purchased are non-refundable, non-transferable, not for resale or upgrade.
  • Proof of birth date may be required upon check-in (babies below 1, children below 8 years old, adults, and guardians aged 18 and above)
  • All game rules and safe management measures must be adhered to at all times-Have to buy and use on the same day
