Hands-On Pasta Making: We will teach you how to form, knead, and shape your dough, focusing on a unique shape rooted in traditional Italian culinary methods. Rolling out the Dough: After allowing the dough to rest, we will show you the proper techniques for rolling it out. Dining Experience: Relax and enjoy a small snack while our chef cooks your handmade pasta. It will be served tossed in a seasonal sauce specially selected by our chef. Dessert & Espresso: Finish off your meal with a sweet dessert served alongside a freshly brewed espresso. Drinks: One complimentary glass of wine is included in your experience, which you are welcome to enjoy right when you arrive.
