Start Time: 11:30am

See much of Wilmington and get to the beach with EASE on this tour. The route begins from city centre Wilmington. We ride on the famous River to Sea Bikeway. This route is an 15-mile on and off-road bicycle route that follows the Historic Beach Car Line. This trail is incredible. Very smooth with lots of sights to see, bridges to cross, and more.

The arrival point near Wrightsville Beach will be the gorgeous Blockade Runner Beach Resort. Those who dine will have access to some of the resort's lush accommodation and world-class amenities and direct access to the beach from the property.

The tour consists of:
Up to 2.5 hours to relax at the resort or on the beach

We recommend bringing a book bag to carry all of your personal items, such as sun cream, beach towels, swimming suits, sunglasses, and anything else that you may need for the beach. We recommend packing essentials only.

All tour attendees must arrive 20 minutes prior to start time.

We ride on the famous River to Sea Bikeway. This route is an 11-mile on and off-road bicycle route that follows the Historic Beach Car Line, which in the past carried holidaymakers from historic city centre Wilmington to Wrightsville Beach by trolley.
Blockade Runner Beach Resort

The arrival point near Wrightsville Beach will be the gorgeous Blockade Runner Beach Resort. Those who dine will have access to some of the resort's lush accommodation and world-class amenities, such as their Lawn & Garden areas (with beach chairs, loungers, and more) and direct access to the beach from the property. Riders can also choose to enjoy activity rentals, such as kayak, surfboard, and stand-up paddle board rentals (for an additional cost).
