Overview

If you love the sun and the sea and you don't mind your feet balancing on hot sand you will find the experience unique, exhilarating and fun. This jurney to harmony starts at our pick up point at the side entrance of the acropolis museum where we welcome you and drive you to a most beautiful palm beach. You can swim, sunbathe, walk and take some photos. Then we practise and meditate. The breathing exercises will calm and relaxe both your spirit and body. Afterwords we dine and have some drinks. The sunset colours are breathtaking and the sea and the sky reflects too.
Now it's the time to photograph you in this amazing scenery. The driver will take us back to the point we started on the begining of our journey. You were a traveller when you came, but now you leave as a friend.

Activity itinerary

What a journey! while driving to the beach you enjoy all the sunset colours in the sky and enjoy the view of the seasides we pass by. When we reach our quiet beach we practise and we meditate. Then we dine and have some wine or beer or what ever drinks you choose. You can swim or sunbathe before or after the practise. It's up to you to decide. Because of the very good cooperation between the teacher and the driver, you have nothing to worry about. A big surprise awaits you when we say ''bye''. We are going to drive back to the same place we picked you up at the begining of our journey.
