Aurora Camp is located on a hilltop near Murphy Dome, a top Northern Lights viewing spot near Fairbanks, favoured by Aurora photographers. The cabin sits in an area with wide-open views, free from light pollution or any obstructions, offering a full panoramic view of the Northern Lights. Relax in a cosy Alaskan-style cabin with six large windows providing over 180° of stunning views while enjoying hot chocolate in comfort.

Tour Options:

  • With transfer (pickup and drop-off): Available from all Fairbanks and North Pole hotels, Airbnbs, etc.
  • No transfer: Drive your hire car to the cabin. The roads are well-maintained and in good condition.

Activity itinerary

We accept bookings from August 21 to April 10—please select your tour date accordingly. Relax in our cosy, Alaskan-style cabin with panoramic mountain views while enjoying complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, snacks, cup noodles, etc. Entertainment options include board games, karaoke, and projector films (upon request). We offer free photography to capture your moments with Lady Aurora. On the tour day, we’ll confirm final details with you. If you’ve booked a transfer service, departures are typically between 9:00–9:30 p.m., with flexible options, including airport drop-offs. We look forward to hosting you!
