An absolute gem of a property. The setting is gorgeous, the facilities are fabulous, the staff is on point...courteous, helpful, efficient and always present....and the restaurants are terrific. I just left and i already miss my home away from home in Scottsdale.

The staff were amazing and always had a smile. I cannot say enough about this hotel. The breakfast team were so good at keeping everything stocked and it was always spotless. There was always ice water in the lobby which was great as the temperature was consistantly 98 degrees.

Great property. Fun pool parties that don’t go late into the night. Central and easy to travel around. Lots of fun restaurants and bars

5-star accommodations and service in all respects. Beautiful and very peaceful surroundings. The only disappointments, and hardly worth mentioning, was the long time waiting for a server at Elements restaurant. Same experience for all four meals there - long time for the server to appear for the first time (drink order, announce specials). Despite the heat of summer and (understandably) lower public attendance in Scottsdale, we had a marvelous time and were treated incredibly well by all staff at the hotel. Poolside service is the best I have ever encoutered, bar none, from any resort. Staff brought us to lounge chairs, brought a constant supply of ice water, and came around with cold refreshing (free!) pool treats. The food was also really good by the pool (try the jalapeno-cilantro hummus!) The decor is beautifully...

Absolutely outstanding - affordable, upscale, incredible food, amazing people plus we won a little on the slots! I fell in love with Arizona at this resort and I cant wait ti come back.

We had an amazing stay here for 4 days. Excellent property to relax and rejuvenate. The JOYA spa was exceptional with professional staff. We felt pampered from the minute we walked in. We stayed to enjoy the salt water pool and ate lunch by the pool. Service, food and the pool were excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. When we asked for some extra items, it was no problem. Staff were very accommodating. Beautiful, beautiful property. We loved it.

We had a problem with the Internet connection but someone from the hotel staff solved it.

We booked this hotel on a whim for a last minute short vacation after reading reviews from other travellers. We were not disappointed! Although it is a bit removed from Old Town Scottsdale and 5th Avenue Shops, the hotel provides a shuttle service which runs on the hour until 9 p.m. They will drop you or pick you up anywhere within a 3 mile radius of the hotel which pretty much covers most of the things we wanted to do. Room was modern, clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and we appreciated having a late checkout so we could come back and shower after our early golf game.

Wonderful stay! We came as a group of 4 for a birthday and the hotel was wonderful. No complaints! Was super clean and the stay were very helpful. It was a beautiful property and very well kept. The location was perfect and so central! The pool was amazing and then restaurant was soooo good. Will absolutely be staying here again!

We had to make a quick pivot on our family vacation to leave Palm Springs and head to Scottsdale due to Tropical Storm Hillary. We could not have been more happy with the family suite we got at the staybridge. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and helped make our vacation a success despite the challenges leading up to it. We truly loved our stay at the Andaz. It’s a beautiful property with wonderful staff. They have a unique check in experience where guests are welcomed to sit at a table and have a drink while they come to you with an iPad to complete your check in. No waiting in lines! The rooms are spacious and very clean and the parking is right out front of your unit so easily accessible. The staff is wonderful!
