Amazing hotel. The staff, service and facilities are wonderful and in a class by themselves. Beautiful day beds to lounge on by the pool and lots of tranquil beach. The restaurants, spa and pools side perks are excellent as well. We have stayed at a lot of nice hotels and this is one of the best for sure. They deserve their top rating and are want to impress.

During reservation I paid Exrta $ 10 for my breakfast, Hotel tilde me breakfast is not included an asked me to pay around $20 dollars extra for breakfast

Great location and service for travelers on a budget. Family room was spacious and clean. However, adding a coffee machine for pods would make a huge difference. Also being a budget 3 star hotel it should have a dedicated laundry to be used by all guests. The gym associated with the hotel was unde maintenance but it wasn't mentioned on expedia which was disappointing but when I asked staff if i could their facilities at the nearest Rove in Marina they were more than happy to accommodate. Really eco friendly hotel. My only problem was that i was told some wrong information from the front desk and wasted some money and time going somewhere that didnt take card 😞

Normally pictures are better than a hotel really is, but not here. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The check in was amazing. We were asked to seat while they did the checking in and took our bags. We were given drinks while we waited. The room was very clean and beautiful. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Location, Location, Location! One single right turn from the highway will take you to the main entrance, plus another entrance from the Marina, an a1-minute walk to the Mall. Great Services, Best View of the Marina. I only wish the Lobby is a little bit bigger...

Beautiful grounds and beach area. Boats taxi you across the huge complex which has excellent shopping and waterside dining options. Immaculate rooms and common areas are comfortable and elegant. All the staff, from the front desk, security and maintenance were kind and accommodating. Raffles The Palm Dubai is beautifully located on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, right next to Atlantis and Atlantis The Royal. The resort itself is stunning, with gorgeous architecture and plenty of great amenities, including both indoor and outdoor pools, a private beach, and even an indoor movie theatre. This hotel is incredible! You feel welcomed the moment you step foot on the property. From the impeccable service to the stunning details, this hotel is worth a visit (over and over again!). I WILL be back! Additionally, they upgraded us upon arrival, which means a lot! More hotels need to do this for guest experience. I cannot recommend this gorgeous place more. Everytime we go to Dubai, we always stay at the same resort Madinat Jumeira and hotel Al Qasr since 2005. This is the best place ever and you will be treated like royalty. Rooms are always clean and very spacious. The view is great from any room so don't worry if it's not ocean view. Resort view is even better. staff are all courteous and very accommodating, easy access to all have a free shuttle to dubai mall daily and the house keepers are awesome we have a great 12 days of stay … really good and price for the room is cheap too… thanks a lot ROVE really recommend it….
