Superb service and excellent breakfast buffet. Staff were very attentive and friendly, making sure you enjoy your stay.

Excellent hotel. Only thing we didn't love was some of the in-room dining we experienced, and the checkout was disorganized to some extent, but nothing major. Everything else was superb. The kids playgym was incredible... our son really loved it. Pools were all perfect. Beach was nice, but it was windy during our visit so the waves were too large for our young son to be able to play in the water, but I enjoyed swimming in it. On-site (3rd party) activity company, Scotty's, was also superb. ...

The staff at this property were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and I loved hearing all the insects and animals. The restaurant was great and the massage we had was the best massage experience I have ever had. I recommend staying in a double room- they are beautiful.

This resort is absolutely incredible! A little slice of heaven tucked away. It’s very quiet, relaxing, with amazing views from your room, and a private beach. The staff are so amazing, kind, helpful and all around great people! They have excellent security as well so you feel very safe. Highly highly recommend!!

Good place and good food

We absolutely loved our stay at Aqua! What made it more special was how friendly and hospitable their staff were :) They greet you with a smile anywhere you go in the resort! The property is also located in a more private area in the island which we also loved! They even provided us a banig for the beach! Transportation pick up and drop off was also arranged seamlessly ahead of time and you can just tell the quality of their services from the moment we stepped foot in the island. We loved loved...

Front desk was amazing. Dave was very helpful at making sure our room was perfect for our anniversary. Naomi at the concierge desk spent 90 mins on the phone with Philippine airlines to make sure we paid for the extra baggage weight fee. She was a gem and very patient. Most of all Noriel the waiter on the beach and the restaurant was excellent. He came by to make sure if we need anything so we didn’t have to chase someone down like the previous days. He was professional and kind with guests....

This beautiful hotel is a Paradise to travelers that wants good view of the South China Sea. We had a room overlooking the ocean staff are all wonderful from front line to service staff . Room always clean . Food is good except not too many Filipino delicacy since the food is more European ! My contact staff are very attentive Beach is quiet but walking distance to night life entertainment ! Highly recommended

The Crimson has made our family vacation an unforgettable and memorable experience. The property stands around and overlooks one of the most beautiful private beaches in the area. The rooms and pools are clean, modern, and spacious. At arrival, the complimentary beach hat, bag, and wine were a nice touch. Debbie helped us out with our reservation , she was so accommodating, with tours and transfer back to the port , the place was steps from the beach , the rooms very comfortable, definitely be back

Beautiful resort and great breakfast buffet. Only downside of the resort was that there were only 22 beach chairs for the whole resort and no umbrellas for the beach chairs so if you were lucky enough to get a beach chair it was to hot to use it. There were tables behind us that had all the beach umbrellaa.
