Great place all good but toilet keep on running and shower needed new head as had a cracked causing water to spray on floor

Our one bedroom apartment was spacious, fully equipped and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Upon approaching check in, I was greeting so nicely and offered sparkling wine. Staff are super friendly and hotel is very clean.

Great hotel, fantastic food (breakfast and dinner). Staff all very helpful. Two suggestions...time to renew towels which are looking worn. Beds are extremely hard. My husband referred to it as the "ironing board". Would definitely stay again. In the centre of everything. Good transportation. Fantastic evening entertainment. Catch Rick Lavazza's show if you are there.

Perfect stay

We were very happy with this facility. The pictures of the facility on the internet were exactly what the room was like, which we have in our travels is often not the case. The hotel staff at the front desk especially Liere and Raul were very helpful with information about the Benalmadena region as well as Spain in general, and eager to help in any way they could when we asked for information. We walked by the hotel over the last couple of years and had always read good reviews, so this time we decided to experience it for ourselves, and we were very pleased. The quality, service, and beauty of the rooms, as well as everything in and around the hotel, exceeded our expectations. The location is one of the best you can get in; very close to the boulevard, beach, and harbor. We enjoyed both the breakfast and the daily dinners offered for a small additional fee. We had a night to spend before our flight out of Malaga airport and booked this hotel on a whim and let's me just say were very pleasantly surprised! Not only did it give us an opportunity to explore the beautifuk pueblo, the hotel itself was lovely! The staff who greeted us was very friendly and accomodating and the neighbourhood around the hotel is just so beautiful. Well maintained and beautiful property. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and room was spotless. It is located in the heart of everything and walking distance to the beach and has easy access to trains and buses. The rooms are small and it can be a little noisy in the hallways when people are coming and going, but otherwise it is a great little place to stay and perfectly priced. Would happily stay in the future. Wished they had a communial microwave and coffee maker...
