The location is central and walkable without being too busy, the ambiance and furnishings are tastefully elegant and welcoming, and the customer service is exceptional. Management and staff went out of their way to make the stay special. For those seeking peaceful sun in winter, the rooftop terrace is magic.

This is a beautiful new property but do not bring a lot of luggage. It is located in a street without vehicle access and the rooms are a little small. The staff are great, the decor is wonderful, the location is great, room is excellent, but just bear in mind the location limitations and room size.

This is a very new hotel for an affordable price. The roof top pool is spectacular and gives a nice view of the neighborhood. We were able to easily walk to the Plaza de Espana and Cathedral from here. Highly recommend as it is also out of the craziest of the city centre. Staff were very friendly and their English was very good.
