This hotel, located right in the middle of the palace, is like a little calm oasis in the tourist hustle and bustle: The rooms offer all the modern amenities designed with respect to its historical location. What makes the place stand out, however, was the exceptional service. Ivan and the rest of the team were the most helpful, friendly and accommodating hoteliers we have ever experienced. It was a delight.

It’s a very lovely hotel, well situated to everything. The staff is very attentive and polite. The only critique I have is the appointment of the room. We had a larger suite, but it came with only a small, uncomfortable couch that felt like a park bench. Some more comfortable lounge furniture would make the room more relaxing and versatile.

It is an excellent hotel location and selection in Split. The hotel staff is making sure that you have the best stay in Split. The parking is very convenient to any traveler having a car and the hotel uses an electric vehicle to get you from yopur car location. The hotel is also very quiet even if located on a busy place in Split. It is a 10\10 for us.

Clean, safe, easy parking and not too far from old town. Excellent breakfast was included so no need to go anywhere else.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Host was very attentive and provided great recommendations. We got picked up at the airport by super friendly driver that helped us get to the place, which was so nice after a long international flight and landing in a new country. Would stay here again!

Pro: I enjoyed staying at this apartment hotel. The owner was super nice, also the room was very comfortable and stylish. The location was perfect! It's only a minute away to the Old Town and the Riva. There were free tea bags and instant coffee with an electronic kettle. Con: There is no elevators, so you have to take steps to the 4th floor. There are many restaurants and bars around this hotel, so it's noisy until 3-4am,especially on weekends.

This was truly a hidden gem. It was difficult to find at first because this place is accessed from a laneway off a major street. Once I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly owners of this place, and the interior design really made a positive impact immediately. I booked the Deluxe room (top floor and the only suite that had coloured lighting) . Everything about the suite was excellent, and Old Town Split was approx. a 7 minute walk. I would highly recommend this place for its price and...

These people are professionals. They made my wife and I feel comfortable at every turn. They went beyond for us and it was appreciated on our end. I don’t normally write reviews, but thought it only fair based on their level of service. I would very much recommend to anyone!
