This is perhaps the best hotel I have ever been to. The service of all the staff was unbelievable. From the moment we pulled in to the moment we left. Eager but not obtrusive. Room amazing. Lounge and pool superb. Affiliated restaurants world class This hotel is a must stay!!!

We were so extremely impressed by everything about this hotel. It was absolutely stunning, the room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was excellent, as was the location!

A great place. Nice room and very good breakfast buffet. It is situated next to the city park and is only a 6 min walk to downtown and old town. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great people... and the air conditioning during the heat wave was refreshing.

Hotel Champlain is one of our favourite hotels in France. It is always a highlight.

Lovely property, stylish rooms, helpful staff!

The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. I walked up one floor with luggage to get to my room, which for me was no problem. The room was clean and right on the waterfront overlooking the port and just perfect for exploring all the action on foot and coming back throughout the day if needed. Despite being in the center of everything, the room was completely silent. I had a little trouble with parking but the front desk was helpful with trying to refer me to alternatives. You can...

Air conditioning

Nous avions un petit balcon qui a beaucoup servi. Il y a beaucoup de de vie dans le secteur, c’est près de tout et le personnel est charmant et accueillant.

Excellent hotel right in the core of La Rochelle. Close to everything, spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

This hotel is in a very quiet street where you can park you car safely and for free for your all stay . Breakfast is home made therefore delicious. Good choice including fresh bread, croissants and cheese !! The staff is working very hard and everybody is very nice and helpful if you need help for the attractions and directions. The Casino is 3 minutes away... The beach and restaurants are very close too. I certainly will go back to the hotel because you feel at home and it is extremely clean...
