Great spot to stay in Margaret river

Amazing room with small patio/garden. Everything is spotless!!!! Kitchen well equipped. The room is cozzy and comfortable. The staff super friendly and helpful. They are ADORABLE!!! The hotel is located at 1 minute walk to Woolworh. Lots of restaurants and cafés. I highly recommend Normal Van restaurant for the awsome burgers and Margaret River Bakery for breakkie.

We loved this place. The kids loved the bunk beds. The place was super clean. There was food in the fridge for the morning- which was appreciated.

We had no idea how big the property is until we arrived. It was wildly busy (holiday weekend) and we thought we might have made a mistake. It turned out great. By 1030 it was completely quiet. Our room was large with everything we needed. It's a bit tired in places but the linens were excellent and everything was very clean. We had a lovely time at Higgins Lane for 4nights in November. Firstly it is a great location,within walking distance to restaurants,pubs and shopping. Secondly the staff is very accommodating and very friendly. There were a couple of things needing replacing in the room and it was seen to quickly with no issues. The tents and choices for decor and supplies were amazing. We had some cooler weather, making it a little cool in the evenings despite there being electric fireplaces. This is an active farm and rural setting, breathtaking. Be prepared for some wildlife sounds- crows, kookaburra and more.

Beautiful secluded spot with great ground in the middle of the wine region. Superb accommodations and amenities. Great staff and service when needed.

Well equipped clean self catering cottages with easy access to local attractions. Cottages have space around them and occasional evening visits by local wildlife.

Noble Grape is perfect. Ron & Jackie were the perfect hosts making us feel part of the family. Very relaxed atmosphere. Room was large and comfortable.
