The location was excellent and the ability to do laundry in the unit was key for the long stay. Loved this place and did not want to leave.

The hotel is beautiful and centrally located everything is walking distance. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

This property was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was very patient and helpful with any questions I asked. Further, the location was outstanding as it was an easy walk to the waterfront where we were able to take advantage of a boat tour. Also the Botanical Gardens were easily accessible at the back of the hotel area. A wonderful break before our cruise.

The main elevator is busy as it is the only one that goes to the roof top. But if your room is from the 5th to the 2nd floors your have another elevator to get you to the room quicker. The hotel has an excellent breakfast and all the staff are great and want to assist. Everything you need in a a quick walk from this hotel.

Love their breakfast buffet! It’s huge and a fantastic variety, you can stay there for a week and have something different every morning. Great courtyard Bar and Lounge when the wry is sunny. Location is right in old town, walking distance to many attractions. Unique property as this was the old Police Station before the huge renovation. This is my second time staying and I highly recommend this hotel.

The room and service were great. The room smelled extremely moudly however, I did mention this to the front staff and I was told this is normal and to just open my window. I did my open my window and the smell lessened but was still there which made for an uncomfortable sleep. I was looking forward to a good sleep after an overnight flight so that was disappointing. Location is great, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Staff was wonderful, the room was clean and very well accommodated. The breakfast is well worth the extra fee (if you don’t have it included). Would stay again!

We had a really nice stay at Bob W! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great, and check-in was super easy. Everything went smoothly, and we felt right at home. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again next time we’re in Helsinki!
