Great place. Perfect score and well located

There was a large Unicentro Shopping Mall behind the hotel, and there were many restaurants around the hotel. Also, the area around the hotel was safe. The room was clean and equipped with all amenities. We stayed in the Jr suite room, but it was useful because there were 2 toilets. The hotel staff, Juliana was very kind and knowledgeable and answered questions and requests immediately. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel, not just Juliana, for having a great time.

Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Hotel is spotless, staff are friendly and welcoming, location is top notch. Beautiful rooftop pool and views. Loved our time here and highly recommend. Also close to the TransMilenio station.

We loved our stay here for 3 nights. It’s a boutique hotel in a fabulous neighborhood, on a peaceful street. My room was quiet with no noise other than some traffic but not overnight. Great area close to tons on restaurants and shops in zone T. Also an easy walk to Chico Norte. Staff were very friendly and a few spoke adequate English. Breakfast was very ok. I must have been upgraded as I was in a magnificent 1 bedroom suite with Jacuzzi, facing the boulevard. Outstanding! Though we were 30+...

Great place to stay. Staff was very nice and helpful, and kind considering that we didn't speak any Spanish. LOVE that Crepes & Waffles restaurant and Juan Valdez coffee shop was so close.

Staff were not pleasant at all despite being a Marriott Platinum Member and was told this property is not part of the Marriott system despite me booking it on the Marriott.com site. Initially they denied I had a reservation even despite showing the dude the email on my phone. I signed on to the AMEX Marriott Bonvoy card only because of my devotion to Marriott properties but it has been nothing but a nightmare. They would not accept my frustration with the card and became more and more hostile...

Great location. Midway between candelaria and airport. Very quiet and safe environment. Absolutely excellent service. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of September 2026, and for a family of 4, it was very comfortable! There is a grocery store right across the street, and the hotel had complimentary breakfast and complimentary happy hour! Included free tequila, wine/beer/food. Checkout is later than most hotels (12:00). Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was very clean, as well as the room. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The check in and check out was smooth and the breakfast buffet was delicious with variety of fruits, drinks and food. 100% recommended, it was the best hotel that we found in the area and their Google reviews can confirm that!
