Helpful staff. Large room. The tram was a short walk away for the trip into the city centre.

The room was compact and clean.

Very close to city centre and especially close to the train station. Very friendly staff, breakfast very good and staff were excellent.

The apartment had everything I needed. It was clean, stylish, with plenty of storage space and room to relax. The bed was very comfortable. While outside of the main bit of Freiburg, it’s an easy 15 minute tram ride from the tourist centre to directly outside the apartment on line #2. There’s a supermarket across the street. Although right next to a tram and busy road, it was absolutely silent with the windows closed. I would stay here again.

Overall the Hotel was fantastic. Train comes right in front so access to transportation couldn’t be better. Bed could be a bit softer. Hard as rock!

Didn’t like our deck. Full of weeds. Water pouring down on us from balconies above. View was 7 cranes and a building sight. Surely we could have been offered a better room?

Nice location close to everything and the balcony was a nice feature. Everything was modern and clean. Breakfast was good but the lounge didn't really offer any food to go with a drink after a long day, which would have been nice. The Mediterranean restaurant next door had great food though. ;) Rooms were a bit small but overall it was really good.

We really enjoyed the location and we would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. It is a midsize hotel and despite the building being old, it is well maintained, tidy & clean. The staff are very friendly & helpful. They were eager to accommodate our needs & requests, such as providing food when we returned late at night after room service was closed. This was done in a friendly and courteous manner. We can recommend this hotel without reserve.

Nice modern hotel right across the street from the old town. Store right outside sold snacks and drinks.
