The hotel was in the perfect location in the middle of Brussels , walking distance frim
All the great places to visit like Grand Place and the beer and chocolate museums . Many amazing food options as well as close proximity to the metro. Hotel is very well kept and luxurious

The location and atmosphere of the hotel is really good.
However, the hotel is ridiculously short staffed. We could not get room service as no staff member was available to deliver to the room.
When we went to the bar area, there was only one staff member working for the entire area. We gave up and went elsewhere.
It could be a wonderful hotel but management has shot itself in the foot by being lousy with staffing.
