Great location, lovely staff, awesome shower, fun and quirky (in a good way) amenities. Stay here every year!

Everything excellent except for the mattress in the sofa bed. Was completely flat and my kids felt the springs poking their backs... they weren't able to replace it but added some padding to make it a little bit comfortable which we really appreciate from the sweet housekeeping lady. Carpets, washer and dryer were stinky... smelled like wet dog and pee. There was a dead roach in the little laundry closet. No sponge to wash the dishes. Not enough silverware. No bed linens for the sofa bed, we had to call housekeeping at 10pm to get some. Mattress in the master bedroom way to soft and old. Bedroom furniture looks very old and worn out. Needs a little bit of love and renovation to be a 5 star room, because the place and the service is AMAZING!!! DEFINITELY COMING BACK!

Housekeeping for our 12th floor room was great but the halls and the area in front of the elevators needed vacuumed. The suite was comfortable and spacious. Our beach view balcony was great. The elevators were the biggest bottleneck in the whole place, though work was done in an attempt to fix it every day of our stay. This did not stop housekeeping from getting to our room to keep it clean. The towels are fluffy, soft, and in good supply, both at the pool and in our room. All the pools are designed for families with kids and have shallow areas and great water slides. Cabanas are available but are pricey. Get out early to the pools to get a good chaise with umbrella. The breakfast buffet never got too crowded and the scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, hot and cold cereals, coffee, fruit, yogurt, and pastries were fresh and plentiful. The staff was friendly, attentive, and the omelets were made to order. They even have some gluten-free selections.
