The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

A fantastic, beautiful and almost idyllic resort just outside of Lagos. The resort is very peaceful, and if you are a golfer, has meticulously maintained courses - I wish I had a chance to play a round! Incredible views from our balcony, the restaurant, and the pool of the beach coastline, and of Lagos and Ponte de Piedade in the distance. The staff were extremely helpful, kind and, eager to please. So glad we chose this resort as it is not directly in Lagos and world away from the bustle and commotion that makes Lagos incredibly fun, but tiring. Highly recommend the Palmares Beach House Hotel!

At Breakfast not enough staff to serve and there was no ambiance in the lounge/dinning area, The Terrance Bar had a lovely view and the atmosphere there was OK. Reception was fantastic and its literately 2mins away from the main tourist attractions and food places. Room was lovely and clean. Overall, a great stay, just a bit of fine tuning,

The property itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but the overall experience fell short of what I would expect from a traditional resort. It feels less like a conventional resort and more like renting someone else’s vacation property, with a timeshare-like atmosphere. Check-in was somewhat cumbersome, and getting around the property and accessing the various amenities was unnecessarily complicated. The shuttle system requires reservations for each trip, which made getting from one area to another feel inconvenient rather than relaxing. Unfortunately, the service was another area that could use significant improvement. The front desk staff we encountered came across as discourteous and seemed bothered when we had questions. The resort also partners with an outside company to manage several of the restaurants and the pool, and our experience with the pool staff—particularly the servers—was disappointing. Service felt slow and unmotivated, which took away from what should have been a relaxing pool experience. Overall, the property is attractive, but the service, logistics, and overall resort experience did not live up to our expectations. We expected more and ultimately felt that the property did not deliver the level of service or convenience we anticipated.

Amazing hotel. The best in Alvor at a completely different level. Superb pool area no rushing for sunbeds and pools x 3 are amazing. Right on the beach front this place is and the most chilled experience for a holiday. Will definitely return.
