The poperty was in a great place for traveling. The room was clean and staff were professional. My disappointment was in the room. I guess at some point the air system and they put the floor model air conditioners in the room that vent through the window. That is not an issue with me, is it how it was vent. Just little pieces of duct tape holding it to the window which still allowed the access heat in the room that we had on the 4th floor.

Rooms we had were huge. One had a microwave the other didn't. Both had two tvs. Very convenient location. Restaurant staff is the best.

I arrived late around 3:00 am. The front desk got me to my room quickly. Check out wasn’t until noon, so I didn’t worry about an alarm. I had an omelette at the restaurant. Overall, a great place to rest before I headed home from BWI.

If you’d like a 5 star experience, at least stay at the Ritz. This is a 3star hotel at most. The property has seen better days and needs to be updated and better maintained ( dirty scuffed elevators, chipped furniture, outdated rooms). Service was poor, barely any staff, valet never at his post. We checked out halfway thru our stay and booked another hotel. The only good thing was that they didn’t charge us for the rest of the stay, that was much appreciated.

We had a room with a balcony.The door was stuck and would not open.We had to contact maintenance three times to have this fixed. They did not fix it until late in the evening.So we weren't able to enjoy the afternoon on the balcony that we paid for. The front desk , the staff , the people really didn't care. We went several times to discuss it with the front desk.And they kept saying , don't worry tomorrow , we're going to send you something special , we're going to do something to make this right. Of course , that never happened , but customer service and proper maintenance on a room isn't too much to ask. The towels were dirty and shredded the room smelled. It was supposed to have 2 Queen beds.They were not queen , they were twin. The amenities were nonexistent. You pay a resort fee for 2 bottles of water a day.It's ridiculous. In the morning when we went to prepare coffee , there was one pod for us to use in our room. We requested that they refill this and give us several pods.Of course this was never done during our entire stay. The restaurant and rooftop were horrible , but I'll leave separate reviews regarding those incidences. We tried to request room service for coffee and because they never filled our mini fridge and never restocked but they wouldn't accommodate us because it was after ten o'clock. We paid fourteen hundred dollars a night and a resort fee for nothing.

The hotel was cleaned alright, but the facilities/rooms are not well maintained and although the staff was nice, they were not helpful. The air conditioning wasn’t working on our room (see picture: the AC unit wasn’t even installed properly) so we told front desk at around 5pm. At 2 am, it was still NOT working (on the middle of a heat wave). The front desk, different staff by now, told me to wait for 20mins. I’m not sure why because they didn’t have anyone to fix it. We ask for another room, but they said they didn’t have other rooms. As it got worse, over 85 degrees, we volunteered to sleep on the lobby because it was so hot in our room. Suddenly, there were 3 other rooms to pick from. Two of the rooms had broken door locks so we couldn’t use them. The 3rd room AC wasn’t working either but at least the fan was on, so it was a little cooler at 78, so we switched rooms. While we waited for over an hour in the lobby, we listened to other guests having similar issues: broken this, missing that, etc. We paid premium for this hotel for a terrible night. Also, we pre-paid in full, but the front desk charged us an additional money for the use of amenities (gym and pool) regardless of we using them. We are definitely not coming back nor we would recommend this hotel to anyone.
