The hotel and facilities are nice, but...
Found someone's underwear behind the toilet door in my room.
Also, had an argument with lobby bar staff regarding watching world cup finals. Was resolved by the reception staff. But still not a pleasant experience.

We had a little misunderstanding about the room at the check in which was frustrating as we arrived in the middle of the night. The next morning the staff immediately wanted to accommodate and correct the issue. They are genuinely very nice and helpful. All three ladies that we meet during our stay. Wonderful experience!
