North Central Texas Waterpark Vacations

Good location, solid value

Our bed sheets were not changed when we arrived. Stained and smelled like perfume/cologne. They did come and change right away but it’s still unacceptable. Staff was very nice overall! Drinks at the bar were “ok”. Water park was very nice and fun time for everyone to enjoy. Food and drinks were a bit pricey but to be expected.

Disappointed with water park not clearly being off the property. We assumed it was onsite from info & pics provided, but had to take a bus ride. Hard to coordinate with a 1 yr old. And we were shocked at how overwhelming it was walking in to the hotel. The staff who checked us in did not greet us, didn’t ask if we had any questions, and scared us that our room wasn’t available bc we booked thru hotels.com- somehow their confirmation # is different. So I panicked thinking we didn’t have a place to stay. Then we asked the night before check out if we could do late check out so we could do the water park the last day (was told prior to booking that we could do this), and front desk staff said no. We packed everything up and changed our plans and went down to check out and they asked if we’d like to check out late! We had already packed and sent our stuff with bellman and changed our plans for the day. Poor communication. It’s like if it’s your first time there, you’re thrown to the wind. Lastly, there was a Pokemon convention at the adjoining convention center that we were unaware of, and there was a considerable amount of strangeness and non-family friendly characters all throughout the hotel all weekend. We will not be going back. The waterpark was the only redemption.

Great adjustments to our accommodations. Convenient to Ballpark. Great amenities in the suites.

Terrible experience reserving through Expedia (paying deposit then rest of payment at the hotel ) tried to check in at 6pm and didn’t get a room until 10pm . Claiming they never received the first half then wanting to charge full amount despite us showing our bank statement that the first half had already been taken. Will never want to book at this hotel again using Expedia . Never have I had any issues like this as long as we have been booking this way.
