Everything was great except a little bit of the rodent issue in the rooms some small cockroaches running around probably this is due to other guests having food in the room and cockroach being attracted to that food. Maybe a seasonal fumigation would be a good idea to get rid of some of the cockroaches.

The hotel was well situated. A 10 min walk from Munich station and 20min walk from the old town. Many nice restaurants near by such as Bavarian, Chinese, Italian, Greek and Turkish. The hotel itself was very clean in all areas, the staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

A beautiful hotel on a lovely small park. Nicely placed in a great bustling area of Munich but on a very quiet street. The public spaces were stunning and my room was spacious, comfortable with a perfect view to the cathedral. Staff were exceptional. Always attentive and helpful, going beyond the expected to make us totally at ease.

Quaint German Hotel. Great restaurant. We had a fantastic dinner the night of check-in. Unfortunately, we did not stay as we encountered what looked like cockroaches in our room and when we approached the front desk were told "they are not cockroaches" "they are wood bugs from the garden". In this day and age with the internet giving identification capabilities instantly I read "cockroach" and was on the way out. The girl at the front desk then gave me a room in the front of the Hotel w/o a "Garden Room" window. This room had been smoked in and with my asthmatic condition I could not stay especially when I found the same bugs under my nightstand. Come to find out (when I got back stateside) these are Ectobius vittiventris. the Amber Wood Cockroach, Amber Forest Cockroach, or Garden Cockroach. Which are not a storage pest, and completely harmless to humans as they feed only on decomposing plant. Without window screens and no A/C they will be there. I went back the next morning (after finding a great clean bugless hotel at midnight a short drive away) asking for a refund and was summarily dismissed and denied. I did not stay in the Hotel nor eat the "great breakfast" I paid for. Had the management (very combatant) not been insistent the bugs were not cockroaches; and better informed me, I would have stayed and not lost close to a thousand dollars!

Hotel Concorde is a well maintained property Within walking distance of Marienplatz, Hofbräuhaus and many other places of interest. Very convenient to trains, trams and bus stops. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold tasty food items and drinks. Definitely recommend this hotel

We had a large and very comfortable room in this hotel, which is located very near the centre of the city. Excellent air-con and a wonderful bathroom with a very unusual sink - it was made of a translucent material and lit up from beneath. We ate at the hotel's restaurant and that was wonderful too. We would definitely stay there again.
