This hotel was in a great location and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent if not a bit pricey.

The room and staff were very good. I did not enjoyed the restaurant and later the cafe on the second level because the music was unbecoming of the fine place. It had too much beat, little melody and it was too loud.

Excellent location right on the high street, Christmas Markets outside the door. A few minutes walk from Old Square and Clock. Facilities around and including the hotel were excellent. Would really recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of the garden. The garden itself offered one of the best views of the city, making it a truly special spot to relax. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast, enjoyed in such a beautiful and peaceful setting. I also really appreciated the artwork throughout the hotel—it added a unique and charming touch. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel is superb! The room was fantastic, far better than expected, the staff very welcoming and I’m sure you won’t find a better breakfast. Would definitely return, highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel,rooms spotlessly clean ,comfy beds,complimentary wine and water in rooms and tea and coffee.bathroom lovely all toiletries available.mini bar in room.large room plenty of space for 3.lounge with tv .reception staff really nice very helpful.perfect location ,easy walking to charles bridge plenty of restaurants and bars in area,.

Las ventanas están bloqueadas con cristal, entonces no hay nada de ventilación en las habitaciones, fui en invierno y su sistema de aire acondicionado solo calienta, entonces aunque la habitación estaba super bien, no le daría un 10 porqué tenía calor todas las noches. Me dijeron que el sistema en invierno solo calienta y en verano solo enfría, no puedes modular la temperatura a tu gusto.

Clean room and everything was in walking distance! Cant complain, would recommend again.
