Breakfast was ok. Not excellent. Usually empty pots. Wait for long. Egg counters, one lady couldn’t understand what I wanted, despite someone else explaining. Didn’t enjoy. Water, simple thing, no dispensers anywhere. Had to buy which was again expensive. No shuttles running between hotel and city to do shopping.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff are exceptional and go over and beyond. Especially the staff in the garage breakfast, Nicole in particular, Baba, Akash and Chef Alam. Amazing views of the track.

Hotel was very clean and relaxing. Breakfast buffet was good as well

Exceptional staff. great value if you consider the tickets allocated ( Water World, Wb ). Yas is a good location for fun. Evening restaurant was good. Nice pool

Stayed many times during and post Jumeirah era. I appreciate now is a good time to renovate but absolutely no communication when booking, when booked, via the hotels.com app which continually messaged me about my stay, no communication at all when I arrived and checked in….. almost everywhere is closed (rooftop pool/ rooftop bar/no in room dining menus/ Irish village I was advised not now connected do no discount, then went (all under renovation too it’s like a building site with all’s 4 people there Monday evening) and got the discount. No shower gels in room found out in shower. The only saving grace was the concierge on the mornings who arranged stuff for me (from the Jumeirah days) but certainly won’t be back until renovated as totally underwhelmed with the floors of noise and renovation and Appx 20% occupancy and total lack of communication. They don’t seem to care. And still charged me for an early check in! Poor and so much more choice around.
