The best thing about this property is the location. The view from the roof terrace is directly to the Pyramids. And our room was overlooking the Pyramids The staff was very helpful. Ahmed, Ala and Sara did answered all our question. The property itself can do with updating but not desperately. One not so great thing was breakfast. Pretty basic So if you are not looking for 5* hotel this Inn is good deal

What one would expect from a 5 star hotel - spacious rooms, attentive staff, excellent food and restaurant choices. Enjoyed the breakfast as there were a variety of food choices. While we did not face the Nile or street view, we faced toward the museum. The sound from outside below (wedding and entertainment patio) carried to the 11th floor so if you are not a sound sleeper, suggest bringing ear plugs or don’t go to bed before 10 pm!

Floor smelled of smoke. Staff pushy for tips. Better options available. Poor communication. Staff messaged us on whatsapp and then never responded.

This was my second time staying at King Cheops Inn. Even though it had been about a year since my last visit, the staff remembered me. They are all very kind and helpful. You will not find a better breakfast at any comparably priced hotel near the Giza Plateau. And it’s free. Lots of other hotels skimp a bit on breakfasts (pre-packaged, pre-made, small portions, etc). King Cheops Inn goes the other direction and gives you too much food, all homemade, all hot and fresh. The view of the Great Pyramid from the rooftop restaurant is unmatched. I will definitely stay there again.

The staff were very welcoming. The room was very cosy and oversaw the beautiful pyramids.

They are very nice people, clean

If you come from the west, it is and seems very minimalistic. It's noisy. Be prepared to wake at 520 every morning. But i would not trade my experience there for anything. I will miss all of the employees there as of 1/11/26. Love, Nadiyya

Our stay was absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable! One of the biggest highlights was the incredible view of the Pyramids and the Sphinx directly from our room. Waking up and being able to look out at such an iconic view was breathtaking and made our trip to Egypt even more special. The food was delicious and fresh, and we really enjoyed everything we tried. The customer service was also exceptional. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. A very special thank you to Sarah, who made our entire trip so much easier and stress free. She helped plan our itinerary for the whole trip and arranged our drivers and tour guides, so we were able to experience Egypt without having to worry about all the details. Everything was organized so well, and having that level of assistance made a huge difference. Between the spectacular Pyramid and Sphinx views, delicious food, excellent service, and the help we received planning our activities, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Egypt, especially if you want an unforgettable view and wonderful hospitality. We would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
