I booked my reservation in August 4, 2026 for April 24th-May 2, 2027. Hotel booked my reservation for April 24th-May 2, 2026. How do book a reservation for months that have already pasted? Do you know they actually charged my credit card. They make no sense and are refusing to refund me.

The property was great, the food was great, but the staff in general could use some training in hospitality. Unfortunately they were just not inviting in a greeting from the front desk at check in, the maid staff, and most of the food servers. That was honestly disappointing. As simple as a greeting or a hello or honestly anything would have made me feel more welcome and not like it was an inconvenience to help or assist you.

This property was excellent especially for us a family of 4 with teenage kids. The space was great and the location was easy enough to get to. The amenities were excellent, from a fully outfitted kitchen to great beach resources such as chairs, cooler & snorkel equipment.
