Amazing

The hotel room was ok and the grounds are beautiful. At this price you would think that breakfast would be included but it is not. The food at the lazy goat was good but the service was terrible. Had to ask twice for milk for our coffee while the coffee was getting cold till the milk made it to our table. The food and the service at the Junction were amazing, no complaints there. Somehow the housekeeping threw away or misplaced some of our belongings from within our room, a tote bag with boot inserts to keep tall boots upright went missing from our room, and while we can understand that things happen, the response we got from the front desk was unacceptable. When we brought the issue to them all we were offered was laundry bags for us to use to put our belongings in. At almost $600 a night that is just not right. Will not be visiting again.

This is a lovely property with breathtaking views. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The kayaks and paddle boards and fire pits were wonderful. We totally recommend this beautiful place and will definitely stay here again.

I would have given this resort 4 star as it is beautiful with a great indoor, outdoor pool, jacuzzi with a water fall, great views, Restaurant (Pablo gave excellent service) and nice rooms. I did give them a 3 star as the staff both at checkin and checkout were dismissive and not helpful to point out where things are and just unfriendly. Mostly don’t accept room 210! The resort wasn’t even full (confirmed by mgr) and they assign us this room, overlooking the parking lot! Knowing they have a bike tour staying with them that started loading up right outside our window at 6am and at 7:30am trucks backing in and out! When I told the supervisor at checkout he was very dismissive and didn’t even have an explanation of why we were given this room when he confirmed resort was not full.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There is ample parking and the location in town is great for walking to shops and restaurants. This is a very nice property.

Easy check in, but a bit different since there is no staff to help check in. Had to find things on your own, but that was not difficult. Outside furniture could use and upgrade as our friends almost fell through the chair. But is was wonderful being able to sit outside, have appetizers, and play a game or just relax. All other guests we ran into were nice. I would return.
