Although the room was ok the hotel overall was very dated! The restaurant was separately run from the hotel and the pool area while nicely located on the side of the lake was in need to maintenance and modernisation… I was very surprised that the hotels.com rating for this hotel was so high… at best this is a 3-star hotel… The staff were perfectly friendly and helpful, but there were not enough of them. You had to find the restaurant staff if you wanted a drink while sat by the pool area. We did eat in the restaurant on one night and although the food was good, it was expensive.. If you are used to a good standard of hotel on holiday, I would not recommend this one.

We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!

We loved our stay at the Radisson in St Gallen , well located just 2 stops from the train station, The front desk staff were wonderful Michelle and Gentrit specifically , they tried to solve any little issue . The junior suite was very confortable, the only problem was that the safe didn’t work and they tried to fix it but they couldn’t. Breakfast Buffett was good . It was a holiday so the bar and restaurant didn’t open the whole weekend we spent there . Would come back again :)

Our stay at Neues Schloss Privat Hotel Zurich was outstanding from beginning to end. Every member of the staff we encountered was consistently warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making our visit perfect. The quality of service never varied, regardless of the time of day or whom we approached. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, impeccably maintained, and ideally located. Every detail was handled flawlessly, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We would return without hesitation and recommend this hotel enthusiastically to anyone visiting Zurich.

Overall it’s a great property… but might be our timing (Street Parade weekend) where it was way too busy

Beautiful location with easy access into downtown Zurich by the tram. Restaurant is excellent. Only downside is that it is not air conditioned though the fan system works fairly well.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Beautiful setting.

I am happy that I chose Beatenberg Resort & Spa for my first trip to Switzerland. Being up in the mountains, the hotel has incredible views. The bus is free as long as your a guest, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. I got the panoramic room with the balcony, every morning is like waking up in the heavens. The free breakfast has a wide variety of options and the dining room area has great views. You can eat outside on the terrace too. Gym and sauna have everything (steam and cold bath also). The staff are friendly and have excellent manners and graciousness. Everything is clean. Melina and Gelson provided first-class service. I’m already looking to book again for next year, but it’s too early.
