This hotel is located in the heart of Old Batumi, making it an excellent and convenient location. I was able to walk everywhere, and the building has an elevator, which was a big plus. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious, with a different selection each day. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great location, comfortable stay, and wonderful staff!

Hands down the worst 5 star hotel I ever been to. It should be 3 star hotel. We checked out same day. The attitude of the young gentleman at the front desk needs to be reviewed. When asked for someone to take luggage down they said we dont have one how is that even possible in 5 star hotel
