The AC in our room only worked the first day. It would go in and off. My friend had a room on the same floor and hers was always colder. Maintenance tried to help on the first day and I just gave up calling

The place is in a good area , close to the beach stores a restaurants . The room is a little dated , clean in the inside but the balcony was dirty you don’t even want to touch anything . A good view of diamond head on one side and all clutter when you look at your room windows . Staff were nice and check in was smooth .

Beautiful views and wonderful location! The mother & baby Monk Seal were below on the beach so thankfully the hotel had access for us at another beach. Everyone is so helpful and the property has the delicious Hau Tree Restaurant right at the beach.

The hotel is under heavy renovation/construction which causes a lot of noise and issues. One day the hot water was off from 10 am to 3 pm. To get from the rooms to the front desk you have to walk through a roped off path beside a large area where the workers are working, which will be the lobby. The staff gave us an upgrade to reduce the noise and accommodated early check in. The room was exceptionally beautiful with all of the modern features. I think this hotel will be really nice when all of the renovations are complete, but I don’t think that will be for some time.

This is THE place to stay on Waikiki if you want to have an amazing view and be close to the action. We were able to always find chairs at the pool. The beach is steps away. The oceanfront rooms were great. Yes, the hotel is older, but they have done a great job updating it. I wandered through the other big hotels and this would be where we stay when we return for sure.

Rooms are a bit older but was clean and had everything we needed. I would go back and recommend to others!

A bit dated room but good location. Amenities are great and beach access was very close.

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets
