Excellent hotel that has all the vibes! We just completed our 3rd stay and will definitely be back.

Didn’t get an upgrade, no partial view of the beach line I booked. Not staying here again!

This is my second time at this resort since before COVID. I loved it then and I love it now after the renovations. The staff are so cool and nice. Front desk gave me a complimentary Honolulu Cookies gift tin for my bday! I also requested my room to be upgraded from partial ocean to full ocean for an additional $150. To my surprise, the hotel actually upgraded me to a suite!! I got a huge room with a nice big balcony facing the beautiful ocean. Valet was also very nice. This hotel has lots of social time at night with live music and a restaurant/bar. There is also an ABC store in the hotel lobby.

I like the area the hotel is in, I like the ocean view from my room, beautiful watching the surfers from my window. Love the strips along side the hotels, a lot to see, like the many restaurant to choose from, like the many seating area the hotel have, I like the shower pressure, large room and comfortable bed. The cleaning service daily was wonderful, love the hotel itself for how large it is. I did not like the weed smell that was seeping in my room 2 days in a row, I did not like the patio, too small for my comfort, just did not look too safe. Did not like the quantity of my breakfast I purchase in the hotel after paying so much money, I was still hungry, did not like that you have to pay so much for parking at an hotel you staying at.

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend and had an amazing experience. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always went out of their way to help. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to everything, but still quiet enough to relax. The amenities, especially the pool and dining options, made the stay even better. I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel to enjoy the holiday weekend. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Poolside service was equally amazing, with staff always ready to offer a refreshing drink or towel without hesitation. Every detail at Halekulani was perfect. The service, comfort, and personalized touches made it the most memorable trip we've ever taken. We left feeling relaxed and incredibly grateful. The Waikīkī tower at the Ala Moana Hotel is undergoing renovation. This Luana Vacation rental has recently been refreshed. Bright colors and updated furniture really have improved this property. Good value for the money
