This was an awesome little hotel! Beautiful and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice location if staying in the Willemstad area and a great view. Pool area and rooms were great. Everything you need for an extended stay in the rooms. We loved it and would definitely come back

The room was very clean with plenty of room. Our balcony overlooked the Viva Italian restaurant. What made the place special was its location (located just steps from the floating bridge) and its’ staff. A special callout for both Charlotte, who helped us with varying questions throughout our stay) and Darryl, simply the most genuine and personable bar

The room was very well kept and housekeeping came by atleast twice a day to make sure fresh linen was given. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Shelly and Dèe Dee were a delight as well as Glennys. The food at the grille that was poolside was yummy too. The bartenders were nice.

Clean room , nice staff. The “pods” were a bit odd and the butler service, while a nice touch, was not really coordinating with the rest of the team. The “all inclusive” part was not that great in terms of quality and choice of food. The il mare concept should be reviewed as it is certainly different and not for everyone

I would not stay here again. The location is great but the property and staff were subpar. Everything needs a total renovation and they need more service oriented staff.

The rooms were beautiful and very clean. There were drinks and Nespresso pods waiting for us with a fully stocked kitchen so that we could cook as much and as little as we wanted. The downfall was the customer service we received on the first day. There were no signs leading up to the office of our villa and it took over 30 and a trip back to the security gate to find it. That was not explained in previous emails and when we tried reaching out via the app and phone calls, we never received a reply. When we finally found the office to retrieve the keys, there was no apology given for the lack of instructions or communication. Again, the villa itself was amazing, air con in every room, hot water, clean spaces, a personal pool and ocean view. I would say they are stingy on towels and it would be nice to receive new ones every other day, especially when staying for such a long time. It was lovely, but I probably wouldn't stay again.

Clean rooms, excellent staff, loved the rest nearby and on the water, watching the beautiful fish swimby. Lionsdive with more restaurants and shopping close by. Awesome aquarium on property and seeing the dolphins. Would stay again and again.

This property is breathtaking. From the moment you book you feel informed and prepared for the stay. The website (app) is very informative. The check in process is seamless and the staff are quick to answer in person questions. My only negative was outside of office communication, emails / calls / chat functions lacked in responsiveness.
