Great location in the airport in Terminal 5. We were steps away from check-in. Nice location for food and drinks. Okay size hotel room and lots of elevators.

The basic rooms are super small. The lighting in the room was horrible. The bathroom was rather nice, with heated floors. The breakfast was wonderful, great selection, fresh food, and very nice servers.

Loved the room and atmosphere!! Did not have a warm shower upon arrival. Had to let water run for awhile to get hot shower next day!! Great staff!!

This is a great hotel. Not on the main tourist high streets but 5 mins walk to metro and 20 mins from the harbour. Staff super nice and helpful. Didn’t use the gym but it looked good. Breakfast was great. Lots to choose from. Buffet style. The room maintenance was great. Would use again if we return.

Staff were all very kind and helpful. The property felt tired and dated but very clean. Food in restaurant was not great, schnitzel was very tough. The staff were the best thing about this property.

Beautiful room Helpful staff Great location

Well, first time at an unmanned hotel - it worked well considering I am not at the forefront of technology ! It was a good place to stay in Gamla Stan - we were 4 to a room which was tight, but if organized worked well. Teh second bed was a pull out couch, which was among the more comfortable pullouts - still a pull out though and less than the regular bed. These rooms would be really ideal for 2 people, but fine for 4 also. The washing machine was great, surprsingly free also. Despite there being , many other guests, it was quiet in rooms. Elevator only goes to 2 floor - many rooms require stairs which is fine. Nice to see a conversion well done into an old building. I would definately seek out Bob W in future in other cities -

It is a wonderful property in a great setting to ready access to everything on Gamla Stan and much on the other islands. The staff was very helpful with helping us find gluten free friendly restaurants, answering our questions from the most mundane (how to get to a certain place) to more interesting questions, like the meaning of the three crowns. We'd highly recommend the hotel to others. Also, it is a perfect spot for first time visitors to the city of Stockholm.
