Helpful staff. Rooms are nicely appointed.

Stay was soured by toilet issues. After 1st day, toilet clogged. Maintenance came and "resolved". Clogged again. I was THEN informed that NO toilet paper is to go into the toilet to prevent clogging. Note: this is not unique to the Mio - apparently many hotels in BA have this restriction... My issue: WHY ISN'T THERE A SIGN? So many int'l guests (esp. USA) where this isn't the norm - nor is it necessary in some many hotels in BA. Nonetheless, after "fix" #2, I still had to call them 2 addt'l times, as the toilet never worked fully (very frustrating and quite embarassing). Other issues: super strong air scents being pumped out (had to stand outside to get fresh air), missed room makeup. Staff could not have been nicer, though! Very very helpful and accommodating. (and agreed about the necessity for toilet signage). Mio does not feel like a large 5 star hotel - its more like a 4 star feel. Great location for adults - if young and in need of a "vibe", I'd rec. staying in Palermo. I would stay there again.

Overall pretty good. The room had a few broken items and no coffee machine but they brought one on request . Pool and bar is good .

A fairytale place! Beautiful estancia 45 minutes from Ezeiza. Very peacefull, beautifully kept property with wonderful breakfast, lunch Asada!! plus show!) and dining. Perfect service from friendly accomodating staff. Thank you, Luis, for going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and unforgetable! The carriage ride was very special!

What a fabulous hotel to stay in. We had a wonderful vacation. Our suite was very quiet, spacious and well appointed. The concierge team stood out and coordinated day trips and dinners. These experiences made our trip to Buenos Aires extra special. Highly recommend staying at the Algodon Mansion.

Our stay at Casa Lucia was excellent! The property is charming and centrally located within the city. A special acknowledgement to Grace in the bar and restaurant. She took exemplary care of us during our four day adventure. We highly recommend this hotel.🙂
