Good place for my one night stay. However, it was too close to a less desirable neighborhood.

Near the train station and walkable to all the famous piazzas. Friendly staff.

Impeccable service and stunning hotel. Staff was beyond helpful, calling a taxi for us, helping make dinner reservations. Convenient location. Beautiful breakfast. Complementary glass of Rose in the evening.

Overall the staying was ok. The big issue I found was on the Food and Beverage department. Went to the lobby/bar and waited for 10-15 minutes and nobody showed up. I found out later by asking that the bar was on the terrace. Went to the bar at the 7th level. Waited for another 15’ and nobody showed up either. I ended up leaving again to get a drink somewhere else outside. I came back at 22:10 to the restaurant to grab something to eat, the waiter almost refused to let me sit, I then remarked the restaurant (kitchen) was open till 22:30. I was being served with a terrible attitude from the waiter. I used the spa, one steam room is not working, wasn’t greeted at the entrance either and I had to figure out things for myself. For a 5 star hotel there is no excuses to provide for such a terrible service. I expect much more, and this are just the basics things to expect.

The room had no windows and no way to ventilate the room. Breakfast was very good.

It was a great experience. The hotel is very close to many fine restaurants and attractions. The staff was fantastic.

Lovely midsize luxury hotel in the center of Genoa, convenient to the Old Town and shopping precincts. In a beautiful old palace, the room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel doesn’t have amenities like a gym or a pool, but that didn’t matter for us. The staff were all great. We had bicycles and they could not have been nicer about storing them or helping us with them. Breakfast was excellent too.

Very nice and affordable hotel, with free parking and a good breakfast. You can take the bus 72 to reach downtown, or drive (and park) to the Fermi station (a 10 min drive) to be on a subway line...

Night shift was super. The day shift, reception and breakfast staff should improve their behavior and respect towards the guests. Reception: Hard questions doesn't mean you should loose your patience; Breakfast staff: you should answer nice and politely to guests requests. Your personal problems/opinions are none of the guests' concern. Apart from the staff, the hotel is superb!
