The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bedding was crisp and the bed comfortable. Air conditioning worked well considering Vienna had a heat wave of 34/35 C. Garage was very clean and convenient to the elevator to the hotel. Would stay here again.

We booked the suite as it looks amazing on the photos. The room we got had a sloping roof over 1 side of the bed. Made it very difficult to get in and out of bed without hitting your head. We spoke to reception and all they did was make the bed up upstairs which was a sofabed. I understand the hotel was full but very disappointed with the room. Room 502

We had a great experience at the hotel. The room was very clean, the staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable about the local area and very helpful. Room facilities were really good. The Nespresso machine is a nice touch. Our only criticism is the restaurant attached to the hotel. The food is lovely, but it is very expensive compared to other local places and the breakfast was expensive for the continental offering provided and didn’t offer value for money in our opinion. For future travellers, I recommend trying the local beerhouses/restaurants for food and there are some lovely cafes a short walk from the hotel that do nice breakfasts for a fraction of the price.

My room was too small. No hooks in the bathroom. Bed & it's attress was not not standard. They gave me a daybed to sleep on, instead of actual bed.
