Good clean hotel with beautiful staff especially the lovely breakfast lady

Rooms were clean & well maintained

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The photos and the high price tag make it look like a luxury hotel, but that is far from reality. To start, the hotel doesn't even have a pool, and the bar area has nowhere to sit. The air conditioning in the room takes forever to turn on, making it incredibly uncomfortable every time we walked in. The shower stall is tiny and completely floods the bathroom floor. However, the biggest disappointment was the beach club. The beach is shared with a public club that rents out chairs, so it was completely packed. There was no way to relax, as we were stuck between crying kids throwing slippers at each other. The beach service was painfully slow; we had to constantly wave our hands hoping a waiter would eventually look at us. When the food finally arrived, it was immediately covered in ants, and we had to throw it away. We were so frustrated that we left the hotel less than 2 hours after checking in and only came back to sleep. To top it all off, they couldn't even manage to get us a dinner reservation at the restaurant before 9:30 PM. Save your money—this place is definitely not worth it.

We had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, we only discovered it on the last day of our trip, because we would have loved to spend much more time here. The villa was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful garden where our baby had plenty of room to play and enjoy herself. The pool was lovely, the food was amazing, and the hospitality was outstanding. Everyone made us feel so welcome. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much for your kindness and for making our stay so special!

Rooms were clean & well maintained

To whom it may concern. The refrigerator was not working. Called the front desk and no one came. The television was a joke. The basic channel were not available. Not sure i will be back. Perfect for a stay close to the airport with a shuttle there and very close to the train station to central Bari. We had a family room that has a third door connecting us. The restaurant was actually quite good for dinner,

Starting from the check-in, everything was superb. The front desk staff truly went above and beyond to help me with my tours. Each day at the spa was fabulous, and the bar service was spectacular. Everything was absolutely stellar, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone I come in contact with.
