Northern Albuquerque Scuba Diving Vacations

The floor in our room was dirty. The fridge doesn’t work. you have to move the chair to watch TV and the chair is absolutely disgusting falling apart the bedframe sticks out in the room and every time you get up to go to the bathroom, you crack your leg on it not a very good design the toilet handle doesn’t flush properly and the toilet seat is super loose. You cannot plug the bathtub. There is no plug and there is no rubber mat for the shower and it is super slippery. They definitely do not pay attention to the little details. The mirror that’s hanging by the bathroom door has a picture wire sticking out. The hot tub tubs are gross and they have greasy dirt in the corners. The valet service is excellent. And the manager of the gift store is an absolute sweetheart.

This was a resort property that had a restaurant /dining room that had awesome food and reasonable prices. It was quite convenient. The maintenance office was very responsive to a problem we had initially with the AC. Laurie (Lorrie?) was super helpful. The unit we rented (312) had an underground garage parking spot right next to the elevator. Also very convenient. The unit itself had every amenity you could want including a full Xfinity TV cable lineup. The report also has an executive golf course with very reasonable rates for vacationers to play. My only complaint (very minor) was that there was not really a separate bedroom TV. There was a monitor that you could watch whatever the person in the living room was watching...but no way to get separate channels.. Overall I highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants a comfortable resort-style experience in Santa Fe.

It was not a typical Rosewood hotel. It was small, no pool and the rooms were small. The staff was very nice and helpful .

It was all great Especially the bar in the living room!!!!

Pool was freezing and there was nowhere to sit. the space was so packed it felt like i was not getting what i paid for and that left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be staying there again. The price is just not worth it.

The inn is amazing. The rooms are so beautiful and spacious. The staff is outstanding and helped us with our luggage and driving us to and from a restaurant. The snacks in the room were delicious and the little gifts were a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing unique but a good reno is well overdue and air con poor. Good service front desk

The parking was not great. If you didn’t valet, you park at a meter that goes live at 7a. We left the hotel at 7a. It would have been nice to look around since we arrived late. Not sure we would stay there again. Holiday inn express would have been a better choice since they have free parking and breakfast.

Couldn't operate the TV in the living room. Staff came to help but as soon as they left I couldn't operate the TV again. Some paint needed in the bathroom next to the tub. Ants in the kitchen. Walked to the city center and square. Overall it was very enjoyable. I would stay there again.
