Nice room air con good Italian next door very good

The staff were very welcoming. The room was very cosy and oversaw the beautiful pyramids.

Difficult for front desk to understand or communicate in English and there was only one staff member who was English speaking. Water was not supplied in room, nor was coffee or tea. Otherwise the room was large with nice sitting area

our family of 7 enjoyed the property but were surprised to find out that the pool was not included in the rental. At nearly 10 dollars usd per persons eyptian equivalent, it would have cost our family 70 dollars a day to swim. My kids love swimming so this may be a pass next go to egypt. otherwise it was a nice property and we really liked the room and the close walking distance to a grocery store!

Rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly! At night, you could hear the road noise (car horns) and the construction behind the property was a bit noisy at night. The included breakfast was good as was the rooftop restaurant. The free airport transfer that was included is one way only so be prepared for that return cost.

Property is conveniently located in the midst of the hustle bustle. Breakfast was good, lots of options. I had Hassan help me with my room as well as an extension for an extra day and it was great

The location is perfect There is easy access within a two min walk to the pyramids entrance and many restaurants with rooftop views of the grounds The pool is too cold for kids in the winter seasons The breakfast is so big and full of options that if you don’t like one thing you will like another The women and younger gentleman that work at the hotel are wonderful The older guy ( might be the owner) is a liar Don’t trust him when he quotes you how much things will cost All tours cheaper online He told us he could get us a ride to the museum for 40$ US when in reality a cab or tuk tuk is 2-6$ on the street depending on traffic
