Clean and big room. Room was a little on the hot side. The dim sum restaurant could be better. Had no idea how it worked and no one took the time to explain how it worked or what we could order. Our table was rushed by several people just trying to give us food. We had to ask them to give us a minute.

Bed is heavenly- There is a fridge which helps and its convenient for what we come for.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Overall excellent experience

The staff is lovely and the property gorgeous. The room could have been more complete (no slippers to be found and no in-room mini bar amenities, which was surprising). The grounds are pristine and peaceful.
