Near everything and very nice staff

The location of this property is amazing. Literal steps from the Royal Mile and a fantastic pub right next door. Rooms worked well and were clean, and the kitchen provided essentials for anything you’d need. Definitely recommend!

The apartment was spacious, beds comfortable, kichenette had all supplies we needed, views were beautiful. Billy was very good host. We would.staynthere again.

A little disappointed. Elevator 1 was out for our entire stay and we had to personally haul our luggage up 4 flights, bed was extremely firm, robes were stiff and scratchy, our air went out and window wouldn't open. Hotel provided us with a fan. Lobby area quite small. Location was excellent - right by the train station and bus station and around the corner from the Royal Mile. The young staff was efficient. Good coffees and teas in room along with sparkling and still water daily and 2 samples of Scotch upon arrival. Good lighting in bathroom with a make up mirror that was located in a perfect place for optimum use. Wouldn't classify this as a luxury hotel

Gorgeous property, well located. And (if you are going in summer - incredible air conditioning!). Staff was amazing and rooms were well appointed and clean.

Excellent location, friendly staff especially the valet and doormen who take a personal interest in helping the guests! Loved the modern design and perfect location.Would definitely stay again.

Nice exclusive room in a 9 room boutique hotel. The staff could accommodate our needs (early check in, help with luggage). Located on the main tourist street of Edinburgh. Most attractions are accessible by foot. Rooms are on 3 floors above street level. No elevator (could be problematic for some customers; just be aware of that). Bar-restaurant with singer on site. Highly recommended.

Excellent location for Edinburgh castle and surrounding areas. Walkable to all area sites.
