I’ve been to 49 countries and all 50 us states and this hotel is beautiful, but what makes it truly special is the staff. They genuinely are happy when they see you. And if you need advice on what to do, or need anything they will be all over it!!! I already miss these wonderful people and their hospitality!!!

Clean, comfortable room with excellent hot breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff ready to help with anything. I especially appreciated the ability to check in late at night and the blackout curtains since I was traveling from very far away.

Poor communication on actual booking. Did not reply on WhatsApp after they communicated. Room wasn’t prepared for 4 people and later tried to charge another room stating they didn’t understand 12:15 midnight
