They need to have better control over the flies by the eating area. Other than that everything was fine.

Not a true all inclusive in my opinion. I've never been to one that only offers 2 restaurants and buffets. The other restaurants have an upcharge meaning to dine you have to pay per person. The beach is nice but a lot of seaweed and the water was not clear or even really clean. Plus the beach as nice as it is is not relaxing like you would expect due to the party boats that stop just off shore near it. There music blasts and makes it less tranquil like you would expect. The food was not good even at the 2 regular restaurants. To me the whole facility is built kind of backwards. Most amenities are on the family side if not all. And on the adult side there is no swim up bar or any amenities at all really there is a small stage they do shows at but not like on the other side. The casino gym spa etc are on the family side. Also what made less sense was the pool on the other side had a swim up bar and was more lively. I was surprised to see a twerking competition around kids. Also the sports bar that was open 24/7 is not on the adult side. The one bar that is on the adult side closes at midnight. All of that being said i would not go back. I had a better time other resorts for less. It wasnt terrible.just not worth what they charge. Staff was great and although the rooms are dated they are clean. But personally I would not stay here again.

The resort was very well maintained and clean. The outdoor areas were beautiful. The app is a must have for planning out where to dine, as not all of the restaurants are open every day. I will say that the service during mealtime could be hit or miss due to the staff. Try to find a server you like and follow them to wherever they will be working in order to get consistent service. The pool area was endless entertainment for my little kids, and we spent most of our days there. The indoor play area was also spacious and clean. The beach during late summer is overrun with seaweed, although the staff try their best to clear it off every morning. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

Staff were helpful and nice. Depending on the restaurant, some were good but this is def not 5 stars in my opinion. Massage was incredible. Room was okay. There was a sensor in my room and they had to put tissue to cover the light. I did not sleep well during my stay, we could hear a lot of noise and the ac was going on and off. I’m a light sleeper and that didn’t help. I only slept good one night and then music of the nearby apartment was on all night. I went solo but I was okay going solo as I just wanted to relax and was okay on my own, but literally this is not a place where you would really meet people. I think to standard nord American standard this would be a four Stars not five.

The room was clean and view was great. Staff was so friendly. Pool was beautiful. The only complaint is they messed up 2 of our dinner reservations but were able to fix it for us. In house arrival transfer was pretty good but the departure one was not as great.
