First off let me say I have nothing to gain by writing this but felt the need too because the stay was nothing as advertised or expected. Checked in Friday and didn’t get room cleaned until Monday after multiple complaints. Went out and came back and you hear construction ongoing at 2:30am? Then it starts up around 9am? No one is on vacation paying the prices that they’re asking to hear drilling and hammering at those hours. Another thing is rudeness of some of the staff like they’re upset you’re asking them to do their jobs, so annoying when you feel like you’re disturbing someone for a drink while on an all inclusive vacation. There was one bartender close to the pool especially full of attitude but the manager Tony was exceptional. The food truck doesn’t have food during all the hours as promised so don’t understand that. Heard so many complaints from other guests over the weekend I’m sure more reviews to come. For what they’re charging people there’s plenty other all inclusive in Barbados that will treat you better and be grateful you chose their resort and not have rude individuals. Not all of them were but the fact that you have to deal with any is beyond annoying. Basically there’s always something every day that is not available or closed because of poor excuses. Choose wisely.

Breakfast was delicious, very clean rooms, staff very nice and courteous.

The best experience ever. The staff was by far the best thing about this hotel. Anything we needed they offered to do. My wife even wanted to try a local dish not on their menu, they went to the market and prepared it specially for us. We were fine with directions to a local restaurant that served it. 10/10. Must stay here.

Beautiful view of the beach and the most kind and friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again!

When i arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome & An option of an ice cold rum punch/ fruit punch cocktail. After we checked in, Our room's were available before the initial time. Later than evening we had lunch which was hands down gourmet to each carefully crafted and well seasoned with love dish. Staff had our bags brought up to our rooms with urgency. Staff makes you feel appreciated and taken care of.
