View from the Gotham Queen was amazing!

I absolutely love this hotel, especially for its excellent location and the strong sense of safety it provides. Being in such a convenient area makes it easy to get around the city and enjoy everything New York has to offer. I also truly appreciate how secure and comfortable I feel every time I stay here. The staff is always attentive, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and reliable. Because of all these reasons, this hotel has become my go-to place whenever I visit New York—I wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else.

Friendly, clean and quick walk right into Times Square

Overall it was a great stay! Best part of the cottage was the bathroom with its deep big tub and walk in shower. But the room itself lacked visual appeal & some conveniences usually associated with booking a cottage which is more private and removed from the house. Could use more and better art in the room. I would also trade all the storage space for a mini fridge, tea kettle or coffee maker. Also the only full-size mirror is hidden far back in the bathroom which isn’t terrible but very inconvenient to check the outfit before heading out the door. It’s little odd things that just made it not feel like a luxury stay. And no one mentioned to us beforehand that the sauna, gym, pool area (even though in off season) was under renovation and not available to use. The restaurant was amazing though, room service was wonderful. And staff were adorable. But I don’t know if we would book again tbh.

This property is beautiful, and the room was thoughtfully designed with everything needed for a comfortable, luxurious stay. The valet and doorman were exceptionally kind and helpful, and it’s truly a dog-friendly hotel. The location is excellent, very safe and just minutes from Central Park in Columbus Circle, with everything you need within walking distance. The restaurant likely offers one of the best views in the area, and the food was outstanding. Service, however, was a bit slow, with longer wait times even for simple requests like water. That said, the staff remained warm and friendly throughout. I would highly recommend making a reservation at the restaurant. The gym was small and often quite busy.
