You wouldn’t expect a motel in the middle of nowhere to offer nice, clean and quiet rooms like they do, but dang… they DO! One of the cleanest hotel/motel rooms I’ve stayed in and I slept like a corpse. In a good way. Nice little breakfast too!

"The room was clean and tidy. It was close to the caverns. The pool was clean, but the slides were shut down. The restaurant was not open for dinner, so we had to go into Carlsbad for food. Overall I had a good experience at the property."

"Staff would not give me a receipt for my stay telling me I had to get it from Expedia. I need the receipt for reimbursement and am now stuck with paying for the stay out of pocket since Expedia certainly didn't give me a receipt."
