Property is very clean, staff is always around cleaning and setting things right. The staff is VERY friendly and accommodating. There is food available 24hrs a day, and the sports bar is open 24/7. The beach is large and clean with many chaise lounges. There is a pool bar, a beach bar, a garden bar and the Sports bar. A disco adjacent to the sports bar is open every night.

Very clean rooms and bonus the hotel is almos new less than 2 years The staff is always nice The pool area is very clean but and this is a huge but there’s almost no umbrellas in the pool area which is really needed The beach area is the same almost no umbrellas but at least you have all the Palmeras for shade They should invest a little more in putting more shade in the pool The food is good and there’s a lot of options to choose My teenagers had a great time I loved that they had sports options such as Kayak and Catamaran for free so that’s a really good thing Overal is very nice hotel and we had a great time

Internet was spotty, cold shower for the first 3 days. Food was subpar, bad lighting in the bathroom. Don't upgrade to oceanview, or should I say palmtree view. Workers were awesome. Especially Willki in concierge, Maria in entertainment and Marco at thd pool bar were especially helpful and very good to my wife and I and our traveling companions.

This hotel was amazing so beautiful from the shiny chandeliers to the beautiful clean marble floors to the elegant staircase. Everything about this hotel was amazing. The grounds were kept spotless, clean and beautiful. I never seen a hotel so clean and the staff were very friendly very helpful. Food was delicious from the buffet to the excellent cuisine. Restaurants to the steakhouse above expectations. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The pool area was great. The accommodations at the pool were wonderful. Lots of entertainment. Loved the water aerobics in the morning shout out to Babyface who was one of the DJs/instructors teaching salsa dancing to organizing bingo and plenty other activities by the pool, he was fabulous, wonderful and great personality to get the people going making everyone comfortable and having a great time the staff by the pool and bartenders Lester are our bartender greeted us all day and night with a smile such a great personality kept everybody happy and smiling our butler that we had. Michael was wonderful. Went out of his way to please us did everything and anything that we needed. It was fabulous. I’m telling you I would definitely recommend this hotel. Had a wonderful time.

This resort is definitely family and kid friendly. They even have a little daycare area in the main buffet restaurant. The rooms were always maintained clean. Most of the staff was super friendly and made sure you were well taken care of but that was only when they noticed that you are a good tipper. The entertainment at night was great and fun! The bathrooms around the resort are spotless. However, we requested a King size bed for both rooms and received double beds. In the main pool, you would find bird droppings in the actual water while swimming. The rooms at night were actually really warm and the lowest setting was 68 degrees. I do not see myself going back but, it was a nice experience.

Best resort we have stayed at in the Caribbean - next level service. Great accommodations, amazing food, golf courses are incredible. We look forward to returning here - worth the price! Highly recommended!
